How a commission works

Tell me about your animal
Species, size, temperament, and what opinions they have about life and shit. A photo of them helps more than anything. Photos of your pet can be exchanged over email after you submit a request.

We talk it through
Patches, colors, specific bands, and whether the vest is more simple or extensive (studs, buttons, paint, etc.).

Deposit, then build
50% deposit to hold a slot. Every patch is sewn by hand, which is why this takes 2–3 weeks and not two days.

Measure the beast
Three numbers. Measure the animal, not an old harness. Harnesses lie.

Chest girth
All the way around the widest part of the ribcage, just behind the front legs. Snug, not tight: one finger should slide under the tape.
- B
Back length
Base of the neck, along the spine, to where the vest should stop. Measure while they are standing. This one decides how the vest sits.

Neck
Around the neck where a collar naturally sits.

Weights are approximate. Animals come in a lot of different shapes. I have had an XXL fit a 17 lb dog just fine, so go by the measurements first.
Accepting animals up to 16 lb. Not sure your animal is a candidate? Ask. If your animal is larger, just ask. I can likely work with you. Be aware a larger animal means a larger vest, which means the price will go up.

The basic bitch cut

Questions
Will my cat actually wear this?
Some will, some absolutely will not. It's a cat, that's just how they be, and that's why we love them. If your animal hates wearing clothes, these will look sick on your wall.
How do I wash it?
Spot clean only, cold water, air dry flat. Never machine wash: hand-sewn patches and studs will not survive it.
Can you put a specific band's logo on it?
Ask me. I will if I can.

Yes, anywhere in the US, and shipping is included in the price.
How long is the wait?
Around 2–3 weeks from deposit, not including shipping time.
